6 Weeks!!!
That's right I've only got 6 weeks left as of today!!! I can't believe its going so fast, but I have a feeling its going to slow down really soon. I'm starting to get worried and anxious and I have been cleaning a lot more lately. I've also been trying to be more positive and with the help of my Father in Heaven have noticed a HUGE difference. I'm super excited to meet this little girl!!!

9 weeks!!!

This pregnancy has been a new experience for me and I feel like I've been ungrateful and super grumpy and as it comes to an end I'm sad that I haven't been my grateful for the blessing that is growing inside of me. I'm sad that David and Daniel have had to put up with a grumpy wife/mom. I can't go back (and I wouldn't) but I can change my attitude now and try to be a better more grateful mom and that is my goal for the last 9 weeks, to enjoy this blessing of being pregnant and to really look at it as a blessing.

Daniel
I realize that I have neglected to update on Daniel since his birthday and I didn't even use a recent picture for that. I feel like a terrible mom. So here is the update
*He is talking more then ever and uses complete sentences
*Still loves to dance to any music with a good beat (he'll let you know if he doesn't like the song)
*Can count on his own up to 14 sometimes 15
*Knows D is for Daniel and Daddy and recognizes the letter D when mixed with other letters
*Can recite a few nursery rhymes from memory (Baa Baa Black sheep, Twinkle Twinkle little star and Hey Diddle Diddle).
*Sings I am a Child of God with us every night and sometimes the first two verses of Wheels on the bus.
*Got a basketball hoop for his Birthday and LOVES shooting any and every ball in the house
*Also loves to color and put his puzzles together.
*Shares most of the time
*Puts his jacket in his room after he takes it off without being asked.
*Almost can put his own shirt on the, arm holes are tricky
*Can go #2 on the potty but we are still working on #1 (I'm not really serious enough to take the diaper off and put him on underpants just yet)
*Rolls his eyes at you
*Loves to ask questions like whats that
*Calls me mama
*Loves Animals real and plastic especially a Llama named Dali
*Says his own prayers
*Gives the best kisses and hugs
*Is in love with his Twin cousins, especially Benji
*Is an expert mess maker
*Favorite movies are Winnie the Pooh, The last Unicorn, Toy Story 2 and The Fox and the Hound
*Playing Memory
*Went to his very first Birthday party and LOVED it!
Story #1The other day he said " Mama will you put my shoes on please? Sure Daniel where are you going? To work. Your going to work? Yep will you put my shoes on please? Daniel what are you going to do at work? Umm Play football and basketball with daddy(David has a football and basketball under his desk at work)." After we put his shoes on he said " Will you open the door for me please Mama, I'm going to work. Daniel how are you going to get there daddies work is far away and he has to drive his car. I dunno will you open the door please mama?" I finally was able to get his mind off going to work I think we played memory.
Story #2 Daniel was in the front room and found a coupon on the couch, very seriously he turned to me and said "what the heck is this?" I died laughing
Story#3 The next morning David was getting ready and Daniel loves to get ready with him. David dripped some water on Daniels head and this is what I heard from the bathroom "OH...My....Gosh! Mommy daddy just dripped water all over my head!" again I about died laughing.
He has such a personality and is growing up so fast!

Blogs...
So I'm pretty sure I'm addicted to blogging. Not actually writing on my blog but discovering other peoples blogs. It all started with this one http://homemadebyjill.blogspot.com and she had a link to this one http://www.oneprettything.com who has so many links I can't even post all the different ones I've looked at in the past hour. Right now I'm stuck on this one http://dollarstorecrafts.com. I totally admit that some of these crafts are so cheesy/tacky but some of them actually have potential. I really want to drive over to the dollar store right now and see what I can find, good thing its closed.
Its like an illness or an addiction. I have 8 different tabs open on my browser right now from chaining(not sure that's the right word or even is a word but it works) through blogs. I'm seriously OUT OF CONTROL!!! Am I the only one that has this problem? I sure hope not!

Crafty???
I wouldn't go as far as saying I'm crafty but I have done a few projects in the last few months that I am proud of.
I made Daniel these little farm animal finger puppets out of felt for our church bag. They are part of a quiet book that maybe one day I'll try making but for now he enjoys just playing with the animals (I took the picture sideways and can't figure out how to turn it sorry)....jpg)
And the latest are these little owls. They are supposed to be for teething babies so I made one for each of the twins and the pink one is for my baby and Daniel couldn't be left out so his is the blue one. They were super easy to make and I think that they are really cute..jpg)
I'm currently in the middle of a project that I don't really want to finish but need to finish so we'll see how that goes. When I finish it I'll post pictures.
When my sister found out she was having twins I decided that I'd make them blankets. Not the best idea seeing how I don't really sew but I finished them. I did end up having a lady in my ward do the quilting with her machine but it was so worth it. The binding about killed me and I cried a few times but it all worked out and I think they turned out pretty dang good for never finishing a quilt in my life. (I started one for Daniel before he was born but its still just a top). So here they are...

Cinnamon Bun Pancakes

I made these for breakfast this morning. They are yummy!!! I didn't go as far as the icing we just used regular syrup, but these are still way better than your regular pancake and sure easy to make. Head over to this website http://thepioneerwoman.com/tasty-kitchen-blog/2010/02/a-tasty-recipe-cinnamon-bun-pancakes/ for the recipe.

FEED ME!!!
Okay so I made a batch of Cinamon rolls for brunch this morning and asked David if he wanted any(just the pre-made not from scratch) he said no. He's trying to be good because we just ate like a King and Queen for the last week. I am talking about 4 course meals for lunch and dinner, appetizer, salad, main entree and of course Dessert!!! I didn't feel guilty at all. But now I do, I'm just going to confess I ate all 8 of the generously frosted cinnamon rolls yes ALL 8 of them. I'm in trouble people, I need food!!!

Boy or Girl?
Tomorrow is the BIG day! We find out what baby Brown will be, that is as long as "it" co-operates with us. I'm so excited to find out. I can't believe that people actually go all 9 months without even a clue. I know I'd be peeking at every ultra sound and secretly hoping the nurse or tech would slip and just tell me. I'm not good with surprises especially as big as this one. I have no strong feelings either way about, in the beginning I thought that for sure we were having another boy but recently I've thought maybe a girl, Daniel has also been saying the past few weeks that its a girl. I think secretly I just don't want to get my hopes up and have then be sad if its not what I am hoping for so I'm trying to be open. It would be fun to have another boy because Daniel would have a little buddy to play with and Megan just had twin boys plus I've done a boy I think I can handle another one. A little girl would be so much fun just because I think every mom wants one but it would be a big change. The closet is already full of boy clothes and the room is full of boy toys. Add a girl and we will quickly be filled to the max. OF COURSE I will LOVE this baby no matter what gender it is. I really just want a happy healthy baby and will be happy with whatever I get. AHHH I wish I didn't have another 14 hours.

He is so happy it's his day and gets a huge smile every time someone wishes him a happy birthday(thanks to all who have). He got a basketball hoop for his birthday and no joke has been shooting whatever ball he can find all day long. He is so much fun and I'm so glad he chose to come to our family. So...

I just got this Cookbook for $6.50 regularly $27.50. How did I do it? I've been using Swagbucks as my new search engine instead of Google and when you search with Swag they give you "swag bucks." You can cash your bucks in for gift cards and prizes and that is just for everyday searches. Normally I can get one a day(it's not quite as good as google though). So I cashed mine in recently for a $5 Amazon card. The cookbook was on sale for $11.50 so with my $5 gift card it was came out to be only $6.50. Thanks to my friend Kalie and her mom I've fallen in love with the Pioneer Woman's blog. I'm super excited to try out the recipes in her cookbook!
You can still go on Amazon and get the cookbook for $11.50 http://www.amazon.com/Pioneer-Woman-Cooks-Recipes-Accidental/dp/0061658197/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1263225659&sr=1-1

My Nephews...
Here are my two new nephews. They were born Sunday November 22. Both weighed 6lbs. 6ozs and were 19 1/2 inches long. Megan is doing great and can't wait to take them home from the NICU. Hopefully that will be sooner than later. I love these little guys and they have the best Hair ever!
P.S. these pictures are not the most recent but I don't get to see them every day because they are still at the hospital. But I think they give you a good Idea of how sweet they are.

Tis the Season
This Christmas I want to make a special effort to focus on the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ. People keep asking Daniel if he is excited for Santa to come and he looks at them like "what are you talking about?" Over time and maybe by next Christmas he will understand what Santa means. Right now if you showed him a picture of Santa he'd have no clue who it was and would probably be a little scared he doesn't like bearded men or men with glasses so Santa has two strikes. But if you were to show him a picture of Jesus he could tell you who it was that to me is so important. Don't get me wrong I don't mind the Santa part of Christmas at all but I really don't want him to take over at our house, I want Christ to be the center of all of our Christmas Celebrations. I'm looking for ideas to keep the focus on Christ so if anyone has some please pass them on. Thanks!!!
