Crafty???

I wouldn't go as far as saying I'm crafty but I have done a few projects in the last few months that I am proud of.
When my sister found out she was having twins I decided that I'd make them blankets. Not the best idea seeing how I don't really sew but I finished them. I did end up having a lady in my ward do the quilting with her machine but it was so worth it. The binding about killed me and I cried a few times but it all worked out and I think they turned out pretty dang good for never finishing a quilt in my life. (I started one for Daniel before he was born but its still just a top). So here they are...Twin Quilts

Quilt #1

Quilt #2
I made Daniel these little farm animal finger puppets out of felt for our church bag. They are part of a quiet book that maybe one day I'll try making but for now he enjoys just playing with the animals (I took the picture sideways and can't figure out how to turn it sorry)...
And the latest are these little owls. They are supposed to be for teething babies so I made one for each of the twins and the pink one is for my baby and Daniel couldn't be left out so his is the blue one. They were super easy to make and I think that they are really cute.
I'm currently in the middle of a project that I don't really want to finish but need to finish so we'll see how that goes. When I finish it I'll post pictures.

I am so very impressed! Is that the quilt you were telling me about?

I wish we lived closer so we could craft together!

Em, I am so impressed. Those projects are pretty cool. Quilts are not easy to make and you did a really good job.
It's so great to be able to spend time doing fun things when you are home with your children.

Very cute projects! :) The Lemon Squares were yummy! A little crumbly, but ... isn't that to be expected? :)
