Tis the Season

This Christmas I want to make a special effort to focus on the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ. People keep asking Daniel if he is excited for Santa to come and he looks at them like "what are you talking about?" Over time and maybe by next Christmas he will understand what Santa means. Right now if you showed him a picture of Santa he'd have no clue who it was and would probably be a little scared he doesn't like bearded men or men with glasses so Santa has two strikes. But if you were to show him a picture of Jesus he could tell you who it was that to me is so important. Don't get me wrong I don't mind the Santa part of Christmas at all but I really don't want him to take over at our house, I want Christ to be the center of all of our Christmas Celebrations. I'm looking for ideas to keep the focus on Christ so if anyone has some please pass them on. Thanks!!!
