I made these for breakfast this morning. They are yummy!!! I didn't go as far as the icing we just used regular syrup, but these are still way better than your regular pancake and sure easy to make. Her meatloaf is amazing, the flat apple pie is inspiring and the perfect, simple enchiladas taste like restaurant food.
I still need to try other things from her recipes but I have made a lot of her stuff and love it.
The only thing I haven't enjoyed was her pear crisp. It was weird.
