3 weeks...

I can't believe that it has been 3 weeks since my last post. I'm always on blogs but rarely take the time to update my own. Not that I have much to say or people want to read it but its a good way to keep memories.

The baby is still super active. She is always kicking and moving, which is great because I panic if I can't remember when she last moved. So I just give her a nice nudge and she does it right back. As far as we know she is perfectly healthy I'm measuring right on and have started my weekly visits. I haven't gained that much weight yet. I keep waiting for the visit I step on the scale and am passed 180. So far so good. We have yet to decide on a name for her. Originally it was Dayvie but we've since changed our minds. Baby naming is extremely hard for me, I feel a lot of pressure.

Daniel is growing up right before our eyes. He has turned into quite the bossy little boy and loves to tell people what they can or can't do and how to do it. We are working on him using please so he is a nice bossy person but I realized today that maybe I need to work on saying please too. I think I tell him what to do more often without a please then with. So Please is the word for the week. He has also been super cuddly with me these past few weeks. I'm pretty sure he knows there is a big change coming and that he won't get 100% of my attention so he's stocking up now. I don't mind it, I love his cuddles especially in the mornings when he comes and gets in my bed and lays as close to me as he possibly can. We are doing great with potty training as long as I remember to take him. He's been out of diapers for 3 weeks but in pull-ups and we occasionally are able to do the underwear all day(not during nap time, I made that mistake once and won't do it again). He loves to be outside and now that its getting warmer I try to take me out more. Its been super crazy weather here in Utah with nice mornings and freezing afternoons or freezing mornings and hot afternoons. We haven't hit the ridiculously hot weather yet except for just a few days. We started swim lessons and he is doing great, actually it really depends on the day today was freezing and he wasn't real excited to be in the water but he is getting more brave. Oh and probably one of the cutest things ever is when Daniel sits on my lap and tells his sister a story or sings her a song. Today it was a song that he made up and afterward he lifted up my shirt and kissed my belly and gave it a hug. I hope he loves her as much when she is actually here. Our family is doing great. We are so blessed and excited to go from 3 to 4 and can't wait to meet our new little addition. Sorry this is a long boring post.
I asked him what he was doing and he said "Mogley puts a Banana on his head(from The Jungle Book)
"Mom I'm Pumping!"
Look at the perfect blue to gray color scale he made with his crayons
Hanging out in the washing machine
Making his fort

Well, you are getting close to having a new baby in the house. Good luck with everything. Can't wait to hear about how things went and see pictures of her.
