Here are some pictures of my two sisters, our mommy and me. I would have to say that besides David they are my BESTEST FRIENDS IN ALL THE WORLD!!! Megan is in Spain and boy do we miss her. We really do love each other....

One Smart Baby...

So after I posted the video I decided to go back and listen to it. 1 minute into the video I ask Daniel a question, see if you can hear his answer. I SWEAR that is him. He is the SMARTEST baby in the world!!!!

Daniel has this great new trick but of course the minute I try to flim it he stops doing it. So instead of his new trick you get to listen to him talking to me. He does such a good job I can't wait for the day he uses real words.

I tried to post a video but it wouldn't work so I'll just post these cute pictures of my new appendage, I'M NOT KIDDING he doesn't let me put him down and no one can hold him if I am in the room without him screaming, but as soon as I walk over and pick him up he is perfectly content, good thing he's so stinkin' cute.

Baby Talking

4 Month Update

Daniel is growing up so fast. We went in for his four month check up and he now weighs in at a whopping 17lbs which puts him in the 90% for weight. He is 26 inches long which is in the 80%. He had to get 3 shots which was not good. Mom hates it and he really hates it. He was screaming so bad that he actually forgot to breathe and passed out a bit. I freaked out a bit but at least he doesn't have to have them for another 2 months. He is learning how to sit up and can roll (only 3 times total) from tummy to back. He loves to talk and sometimes I think he is trying to sing. Since I have started my summer break and no longer have to work all day he has become one of my apendages, he loves his mommy. I think he's absolutely wonderfully handsome, who wouldn't with those cheeks and rolls.

The reason why we chose to name our son Daniel Cleveland is because we both felt strongly that was the name for him. It wasn't even one of the names we were debating over but it was the first one we both felt right about. Daniel is my mothers father. He was a great man. I loved him very very much. He did many wonderful things in this life and I was proud to name my son after him. Cleveland is David's middle name and his Great Grandpa's first name. I don't know much about him but have been told that he to was a great man. I know that he was kind and loving. I hope that Daniel can look back on his Grandpas examples and pattern his life after theirs.

BEAN!!!

This past week Daniel met his new best friend, Bean. Bean is Daniels only cousin and is a year older then Daniel. Bean LOVES Daniel, and Daniel Loves Bean. They will just sit and stare at each other, or carry on a conversation in their cute baby talk. I've been told that Daniel can get Bean to stop crying. Bean loves to have Daniel close so he can give him wet slobbery kisses (more like licks). They have become instant best friends. We can't wait for Daniel to get a little bigger so he can play more with Bean. It is the cutest thing to watch them interact with each other.

Last week David had the opportunity to bless Daniel .
He did such an amazing job and the spirit was so strong.

Disposable Diapers

Disposable diapers are the greatest thing since epidurals. One day I would like to personally thank the person that invented them. I can't imagine having to hand wash diapers, YUCK!!

The Pacifier...

Daniel loves the Soothie brand pacifier that he got from the hospital. I don't know what we would do without it. Aside from feeding him, the soothie is the only thing that really calms him down. We don't go anywhere without it. We constantly find ourselves, along with everyone else holding it in so it doesn't roll away. Those things roll far when the fall.

Babies First Walk

We got this adorable bear outfit from the Whites and I couldn't help but put him in it for our first walk. He loved it outside. He hasn't been out much because its been so freezing cold. We walked daddy to scouts and then decided to pop in to visit Grandma and Grandpa Wilson (my parents). He got sick of the stroller after about 20 minutes and that is when I realized I didn't have his pacifier (bad move on my part).
